Stone Tools: Flint Knapping BasicsJoin us as we learn the materials, concepts and techniques behind producing stone tools. An obsidian edge is sharper than a razor blade. Stone tools don't rust and the same skills can make works of art out of glass and other "throwaways". Skilled instructors teach concepts of flintknapping, the art of stone tool making. Participants get hands on practice in making tools and build a foundation for a lifetime of skill. Who Ages 16-Adult |
